ABOUT FALCONRY
Falconry is an ancient and noble tradition, demanding skill, patience, and a deep bond between falconer and bird. At Middernag Gedagtes, we are passionate about reviving and sharing this heritage sport, offering an authentic introduction to the world of Horseback Archery & Falconry.
Since 2017, we have proudly partnered with East Coast Falconry, ensuring that our training is rooted in expertise and tradition. What began with our first instruction course has now grown into a full-fledged training experience, and we are thrilled to officially open bookings to the public in 2023.
Falconry is more than just a sport—it is a lifestyle of dedication and respect for the birds we work with. Caring for and training a raptor requires patience, responsibility, and a willingness to learn. While we do not focus on hunting, our weekend introduction course provides a solid foundation in bird handling, care, and the essential skills needed to begin your falconry journey.
If you’ve ever been curious about falconry, this is your opportunity to experience it firsthand. Join us for an immersive session to determine whether this ancient art is the right fit for you. Let the thrill awaken the falconer within you
