The competition was hosted in the small town of Singedri. My good friend and brother Omer Atar hosted me and treated me like a king.
I visited his stables close to the Balkans called Cowboy Ranch. From here we travelled nearly 600 km with his horse, Wakanda that we used for the competition.
Making a quick stop at Mamluk Archery on the way. This is a must-see for all who want to be horseback archers.
The competition had crazy horses that ran through barriers with some of the competitors. Luckily, I had Wakanda and he was a star.
The competition was very big, and I think the organisers were overwhelmed. The infrastructure was very good, specifically the venue and the archery track.
I could not do my last runs as I had to get back to the airport and reality but I would love to visit Turkey again very soon.
